Our Policies
Jewelry Design Policy
Many of the designs can be reproduced to look the same as the picture. Sometimes, the exact beads are not available. In this case, I will substitute beads in designs. Even though the designs may not be an exact copy, I will do my absolute best to maintain the look of the original design.
Some designs may be marked as either SOLD OUT or BACKORDERED. In the case of a backorder, I have ordered the materials to create more, but have not received the items yet. Once I do, I will update the status. If you interested in a design that is marked as sold out, please . If I cannot get materials similar to the ones used, then I will research alternatives for the design. Alternatives will be presented for your approval.
Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Most items can be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. If circumstances are such that it would take longer, you will be contacted via email with an estimate of when your order will be shipped. If you need your order to arrive sooner than USPS, please and other arrangements can be made. All orders include insurance.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa and Mastercard or payment via PayPal. With all regular orders, we expect payment to be complete prior to shipping. With custom orders, once a price and design is agreed upon, payment must be made before work will begin.
Privacy Policy
Your information will remain private and confidential. It will never be sold or given to anyone.
Return Policy
I'll accept returns within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling for any reason. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item happens to break through normal wear and tear (ie. a clasp falls off or the wire breaks etc.), you can send it for free repairs. I do my absolute best to ensure that my jewelry will not break, but sometimes things happen.
For returns or repairs, please do the following:
- with the reason for the return. (ex. Need resizing, link broke, doesn't look like image on website, etc.) We will send you our address for returns.
- Return items and paperwork in original packaging (if possible).
- Insure and receive a tracking number for your package.
