What do you mean by Handcrafted Artisan Designs?
Well, it basically means that I make and design all the jewelry shown. Artisan simply means a skilled craftsman (or in this case, craftswoman). My husband makes and designs all the jewlery boxes himself as well.
Since you make everything by hand, do you have more than one of a particular item?
I don't really carry an inventory. I may, at most, have a few of each design premade.
Ok, how quickly can I expect something I ordered?
Most of the time, I can ship items out within 2-3 business days. I generally carry enough materials to complete the orders received. If I'm unable to ship to you within 2-3 business days, I will email you with an estimate of when I expect you order to ship.
How much is shipping anyway?
I ship all my items via USPS first class mail and I always buy the extra insurance. I want to make sure that your jewelry arrives to you as beautiful as when I made it. Currently, we only ship within the United States, however, I am willing to work with you on shipping outside the US. Just !
What if I like a particular piece, but I want it in a different color?
Not a problem. Send me an and let me know what color(s) you would like. If I have it, then your order should still be sent out within 2-3 business days. If I don't, then I will order the necessary materials. Of course, this will delay your design. However, I will keep you informed every step of the way!
Will this cost me more?!?
Not if I can help it! As long as I can get the new colors for the same price (or close to it), the price of the design will remain the same. If there are any issues, I will contact you immediately.
Alright, but what about custom orders? How do they work?
They'll work pretty much the same way. what you have in mind and I'll research the materials and costs. This costs nothing. It should only take 1-2 days to perform the research. Once the research is complete, I'll email you about the price. I won't order anything until we have an agreement on the design, materials and price. As always, you will be informed every step of the way. Naturally, custom orders will take longer, but you will have your very own unique design!
Sounds great. How do I actually pay for these designs?
I accept credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) or via PayPal. Using PayPal, you can either have funds withdrawn directly from your bank account or placed on a credit card. You can even have the funds withdrawn directly from your PayPal account.
So after I pay you, what do you do with my information?
Your information will remain private and confidential. After a purchase, I periodically send you an email to see how you like the piece and just generally check in. If that ever gets annoying, feel free to back telling me to stop. I will. Promise!
